By visiting our websites, creating an account, joining a class, assigning activities, or using any Quizalize service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Quizalize on behalf of a school, district, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The Quizalize Service
Quizalize provides online educational tools for teachers, schools, students, and parents. The service includes websites, applications, games, quizzes, class activities, reports, media hosting, sign-in systems, and related support services.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We will try to avoid disruption where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Teachers and school staff must provide accurate account information and keep their sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you tell us promptly that your account has been compromised.
Students may use Quizalize through a teacher, school, parent, or guardian. Children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in their country, may only use Quizalize with appropriate school, parent, or guardian consent.
4. Teachers, Schools, and Student Data
Teachers and schools are responsible for using Quizalize in a way that complies with their local education, privacy, safeguarding, and parental consent requirements.
When a teacher or school creates or manages student access, they confirm that they have the authority required to let those students use Quizalize and to let Quizalize process student information for educational purposes.
5. Privacy and Children's Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Our approach to children's privacy and COPPA compliance is described in our COPPA Policy.
By using Quizalize, you agree that we may collect, use, and protect information as described in those policies.
6. Content You Create or Upload
You keep ownership of quizzes, questions, prompts, documents, images, and other materials that you create or upload to Quizalize, subject to any rights held by your school, district, or other content owner.
You give us permission to host, copy, process, display, adapt, and use that content as needed to provide Quizalize, support your classes, generate activities and reports, improve the service, and comply with law.
You must only upload content that you have the right to use and share. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or contains unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate material.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Quizalize to:
- break any law or violate the rights of another person;
- upload harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content;

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals
Some parts of Quizalize require a paid subscription or school purchase. Prices, plan features, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and taxes may vary by plan, country, and purchase method.
If you buy a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable charges and to keep billing information accurate. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions may renew until cancelled.
9. Third-Party Services
Quizalize may connect to third-party services such as authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI services, or school systems. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual Property
Quizalize, Zzish, our logos, software, designs, games, platform features, and related materials are owned by Zzish Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

11. Service Availability and Security
We work to keep Quizalize reliable and secure, but online services can be affected by maintenance, school network settings, internet outages, third-party providers, or events outside our control.
You are responsible for making sure your network and devices can access the domains needed to use Quizalize.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Quizalize if we reasonably believe that an account, user, school, or organization has breached these Terms, created risk for other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service unlawfully.
You may stop using Quizalize at any time. Account deletion and data deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
