To create a student account, we collect only:

• Username (can be anonymous, like "Student123")
• Grade level or age range
• Class/teacher assignment

• Avatar or profile picture
• Display name chosen by the student

3.3 We Do NOT Collect

• Email addresses from children under 13
• Physical addresses
• Phone numbers
• Photos of children
• Social security numbers

4. How We Use Children's Information

Information collected from children is used only to:

• Provide the educational gaming experience
• Track learning progress and performance
• Generate reports for teachers and parents
• Improve our educational content and features

We never use children's information for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Parental Rights and Consent

5.1 School Consent

When teachers create student accounts, the school provides consent on behalf of parents as permitted by COPPA. This is known as "school official" consent.

• A parent with verified parental consent

10. Third-Party Services

Quizalize does not include third-party advertising or links to external websites in student-facing areas of the platform. Any third-party services we use are carefully vetted and bound by strict data protection agreements.
